What it does. Dive Admin is an all-in-one operations platform for dive centers, dive shops and liveaboards. It manages divers and certifications, trips and schedules, courses, equipment, digital forms and waivers, invoicing and online payments, online booking pages, marketing automation and reporting.
Who it’s for. PADI, SSI, SDI/TDI, RAID, BSAC and CMAS dive centers, instructors and liveaboard operators — from one-instructor schools to multi-branch operations.
Integrations. Stripe, PayPal, Redsys, Mailchimp, Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), SSI, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Zapier, plus a public REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

Mark Walker is a PADI MSDT and former dive center owner. He built Dive Admin after a decade of running dive operations and discovering that no existing software truly understood how a dive center works day-to-day. Today Dive Admin is used by hundreds of dive centers across dozens of countries.
