DiveAdmin now includes accommodation management for dive centers and liveaboards that need to track room availability alongside dive operations. Whether you manage your own rooms or just need visibility over where guests are staying, everything is handled in one system.
Manage Your Own Rooms
Set up accommodation once. Use it everywhere.
Under Settings → Hotels, you can create your hotel record and add all available rooms directly into DiveAdmin.
For liveaboards, rooms can be added in the same way and linked to the relevant boat, creating a clean connection between accommodation and dive trips.
Accommodation on Dive Trips
See availability. Assign rooms. Stay organised.
A new Accommodation button on the Dive Trips page gives you a visual view of room availability. From here you can:
- See which rooms are free or booked
- Assign divers to rooms
- Manage accommodation bookings directly
There’s also a view-only mode for guests staying at other hotels, allowing you to record where they’re staying without managing availability.
Built for Liveaboards
Accommodation and dive trips, fully aligned.
For liveaboard operations:
- Add liveaboard cabins as rooms in a hotel record
- Link that hotel to the relevant boat
This unlocks:
- A central accommodation management page
- An Accommodation tab on every liveaboard dive trip
- The ability to view and assign cabins directly from the trip page
Dive trips also support multi-day trips, making this setup ideal for liveaboard schedules and longer itineraries.
