The last month or so has been a busy time at the DiveAdmin office and we have released a lot of exciting upgrades.
Finance – Invoicing, payroll and more
Top of the list is one of the most frequently requested items – it was always in our plans but took a lot of work to get ready.
You can now create your client bills and invoices directly inside DiveAdmin. All the standard features you would expect are available, including product lists, tax support, multi currency, payments via card, google pay, apple pay etc through our Stripe integration.
What sets it apart from standalone invoicing systems is the direct connection with dive trip schedules.
If you book a diver onto some dives, this will show automatically when you build their invoice so nothing gets missed. Even multi-day dive packages will be matched up and handled smoothly.

Expense management works similar to your invoicing to track your suppliers bills, paid and outstanding. And together they help power 17 different financial reports to give you the insight you need over your business.
Staff payroll is also handled, again with direct trip integration. Flexible pay rates can be configured for different staff, products and ways of calculating.

Rental Equipment
Next up was full handling of rental equipment. You can now upload your full inventory of equipment and keep track of who has what and when the next service is due.
When assigning divers equipment the choice is yours whether you want to just record the size, or the exact item, both options are fully supported and will show on the daily boat list whichever way you go.
Service history and reminders are available as well to help ensure everything is maintained properly.

Integrations
We have a number of exciting new integrations available now, letting you do even more with your DiveAdmin system and data.
- Mailchimp – sync your divers with a mailchimp list automatically, enabling easy email marketing
- Stripe – invoices can be paid by credit or debit card, plus any payment methods stripe supports in your country. This can include Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Promptpay and many more.
- Twilio – DiveAdmin can now send SMS to customers direct from the system, in addition to emails.
- Shopify – If you have a shopify store selling your dive packages then we can import all sales into DiveAdmin automatically.
Also underway and coming soon will be whatsapp messaging, send and receive messages through whatsapp business accounts and easily convert chats into leads.
And we will soon have a connection with a digital log book, making it even easier for new students to log their dives and instructors to share dive info with their divers.

Messages
New message system to help stay updated on activity within DiveAdmin, from new diver registrations, staff insurance expiring or equipment maintenance due. All notified in 1 central place.
You can also enable the message types that matter to you most to be sent in a daily email. Visit your user profile to set this up.
Better Branch Support
Branch support has now been expanded fully throughout Dive Admin so dive centers with multiple locations or shops can work more efficiently.
Multilingual Interface
Dive Admin is now (mostly) available in 11 different languages!
There are still a few areas where translations are being added, but already working well for your international staff and customers.
Hotels and Transfer Planning View
Customers entering their accommodation is now even easier as they will get suggested matches as they type, based on the local hotels that you have entered.
In addition, the hotels now allow showing each divers location on a map when planning the daily transfers.
